Two new dosage strengths have recently been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), a once-weekly tablet 70 mg for the remedy of postmenopausal osteoporosis and 35 mg for the prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis.These new dosages are to further assist those fighting against Fosamax Femur Fractures.

In addition to the new once-weekly dosages within the 70 mg and 35 mg strengths, Fosamax continues to be accessible in once-daily dosages for the therapy (10 mg) and prevention (5 mg) of postmenopausal osteoporosis.
